- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would have given no stars but thats not an option. My rate doubled when I added a new vehicle. When I went to cancel my policy before it was to be renewed, they assured me my direct deposit had been stopped but ended up taking out the money anyways. I called to let them know their mistake, they said they would deposit the money back in and it would take three days. Three days nothing, called back in and they informed that they had just mailed a check and it would be about five days. Five days later no check, I tried calling Kim for two days leaving messages with no response, finally I had to call my bank to stop payment. Over two weeks later I received a check for two thirds of what they took out. They showed that my vehicles were canceled on different dates. Just about the shadiest place I have dealt with in a while.By Zach Martin, November 10, 2016
