- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Longtime banking and credit customer. After fraudulent charges resulting from a paypal hack (paypal tried to deduct $10 from an unused savings account with $0 in it) PEFCU wants me to pay over $125 in fees to them. It cost PEFCU NOTHING to have one of their comouters say, "no money here" to paypal, yet they want $125 of a struggling graduate students nonexistent money for doing nothing themselves. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Has awful rates for a credit union. They have awful customer service. They consistently make finance charges to your credit card no matter if payed on time or payed off.
